"Brini, how do you keep your lovely figure? I can't seem to lose any weight at all and feel very ugly compared to others. Can you help?"

Dear Confused:

Just like any other course of self improvement, losing weight can be a great ego boost. Fitting into your skinny clothes can give you a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of being desirable.
